Thank you for shopping with LOOTBOX Singapore. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of blind boxes, toys, and figurines. This Returns Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
1.3. Items not eligible for returns include opened blind boxes.
2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@lootbox.sg within the specified return period. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
2.2. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
4.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4.3. Exchanges will be processed based on item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We may require the unboxing video and photos of the parcel and the product damage/defect.
5.2. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
6.1. The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened Blind Boxes: Items that have been opened from their original packaging, especially blind boxes where the surprise element is part of the product's appeal.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to the customer's specifications.
- Used or Displayed Items: Items that have been used, played with, or displayed and are no longer in their original condition.
- Items Missing Original Packaging: Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Limited-Edition or Collectible Items: Rare or limited-edition items that may have significant value fluctuations.
- Items Purchased on Sale or Clearance: Products that were purchased as part of a sale, discount, or clearance event.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards or digital vouchers are often non-refundable.
- Digital Products: Digital items related to blind boxes, toys, or figurines, are non-refundable due to their intangible nature.
- Hygiene or Safety Considerations: Products that involve hygiene concerns, such as items meant for personal use, might be non-refundable once opened.
- Damaged by Customer: Items that have been damaged by the customer's misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
- Promotional or Free Items: Items received as part of a promotional offer or giveaway may be non-refundable.
- Final Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as "final sale" in the product description or during the checkout process.
